These terms apply when you use shopneatora.in ("Neatora", "we", "us") or place an order with us.

1. Products

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours and finish may look slightly different from the photos. Brand, size and material are listed on each product page.

2. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices and offers can change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.

3. Orders

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address can't be reached, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel a prepaid order, you get a full refund.

4. Payment

You can pay online through our payment partners or by cash on delivery where available. We don't store your card details.

5. Shipping, replacements and refunds

6. Discount codes

Codes are valid only for the stated period, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Using the website

Please don't misuse the website, try to access it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
